Ticket Holder Policy

THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING FROM TEATRO ZINZANNI. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TICKET HOLDER POLICY. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHOW AT: HTTP://DREAMS.TEATRO ZINZANNI/INFO.HTM

  1. All sales are final. No requests for cancellations, changes or refunds are accepted.
  2. Your paid reservation will be held under your first and last name at the box office. No printed tickets will be issued. The box office is usually open no later than one hour before event time. It would be helpful if You can arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last minute rush.
  3. You must have the credit card You used for the purchase with You for identification. If someone else is picking up the tickets, either that same credit card or a photocopy of it with an authorization note from You must be presented. It would also be helpful to have with You a copy of Your order confirmation and the confirmation number.
  4. In the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed, Teatro ZinZanni will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. Teatro ZinZanni may cancel the Event only for reasons beyond its reasonable control, natural disaster, physical disability, the acts or regulations of public authorities or government, interruption of transportation, construction or demolition at the Event site, or acts of God. In the event that all or any portion of the Event shall be delayed or prevented due to circumstances beyond Teatro ZinZanni's control, the parties shall each be relieved of their respective obligations under this Agreement. Teatro ZinZanni shall not be responsible for interruption of fulfillment of these responsibilities, nor any consequent impact on You, if interruption is due to the action of others or is otherwise beyond the reasonable control of Teatro ZinZanni.
  5. While Teatro ZinZanni regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, Teatro ZinZanni cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Similarly, the conduct of events and performances for tickets purchased is the sole responsibility of the events' organizers and venue operators, Teatro ZinZanni cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
  6. You understand that Teatro ZinZanni and their associates and agents, are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal effects or belongings (work related or otherwise), which may be incurred by You at (or during) the Event, or during the term of this Agreement.
  7. All patrons purchasing from Teatro ZinZanni must do so in the light of the above limitations.
  8. Refunds on tickets purchased are made for a cancelled or postponed event only. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded.
  9. This Ticket Holder Policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website Zinzanni.org.
